It is notable that Brønsted acidic ionic liquids (BAILs) have several substantial benefts to the organic and acid-catalysis reaction, which avoid the technical issues associated with mineral acids, such as hydrochloric, sulfuric, and nitric acids. Herein, an efcient and novel magnetic BAILs (Fe3O4@CTC@[BisPy][HC2O2]) comprised of hydrogen oxalate anion paired with triazine bis pyridinium cations was successfully constructed. This catalyst was characterized using diverse methods for instance: FTIR, XRD, MAP, SEM, VSM, TGA, DTG, TEM, and EDS. The catalytic performance of Fe3O4@CTC@[BisPy][HC2O2] was investigated in the synthesis of pyranopyrazole and 4H-benzo[b]pyran derivatives. The results showed that the synthesized Fe3O4@CTC@[BisPy][HC2O2] was efcient even at low concentrations and showed excellent ability as a magnetic catalyst. Remarkably, recycling tests showed that Fe3O4@CTC@[BisPy][HC2O2] nanoparticles remained highly active for the synthesis of heterocyclic compounds even after successive runs, which will contribute to speeding up the development of catalysts that reduce environmental pollution and advance chemical technology
