چکیده In this study a biosensor was developed based on a combination of aptasensing and molecular template polymer for the selective detection of sarcosine (SAR). As an essential metabolic interface, sarcosine is very crucial in diagnosing prostate cancer. This sensor system is designed based on the combination of molecular imprinted polymer (MIP) and aptamer (Apt) on glassy carbon, adjusted by AuNPs and covalent organic framework@carbon nanofiber (COF@CNF). It should be noted that the electropolymerization of dopamine around Apt/COF@CNF/ AuNPs/GCE causes the limited complex and aptamer to be maintained. MIP and Apt act synergistically to trap SAR molecules. This sensor is an effective tool for SAR detection with short response time, reasonable sensitivity, high stability, and low cost. The sensor production processes were examined using electrochemical methods such as cyclic voltammetry (CV) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). The linear range and detection limit were determined to be 500 fM-50 pM, 50 pM-350 pM, and 0.166 pM, respectively, based on the calibration curve evaluation. The designed sensor showed excellent selectivity against interfering species. In addition, the performance of this biosensor was properly evaluated in urine as an actual sample.
