Data was analyzed using SPSS software by means of, t-dependent and t-independent test (p < %5) Result: Consumption of panax ginseng supplementation and training improved (p < 0.05) bench press strength, leg squat strength, and reduced Cholesterol. Body fat percent, fat-free weight, LDL, VLDL, HDL, blood glucose during the training did not show any significant differences between the trails. Conclusion: These results indicate that strength gains achieved by men participating in a strength training program can be enhanced with ginseng supplementation, and that ginseng may provide additional health and psychological benefits.
