چکیده Abstract: After research and educational generations as first and second related to university generations, universities entrance into third generation of universities – entrepreneur university – is a vital issue for developing countries because it can be accompanied with significant developments in economic, social and cultural domains. But there are a great deal of studies , due to high risk of entering into this domain particularly by main sources of university such as members of faculty in the name of organization's talent source where none of those studies was resulted in providing a local and comprehensive pattern in domain of talent risk management at entrepreneur university. In this study, after assessment of faculty members of Shiraz universities comments, collected data from conducted interviews are presented up to achieving theoretical saturation, by organized fundamental grounded theory and finally by considering all intervening factors in this domain; results of conducted analyses have been presented in a framework of talent risk management pattern inside entrepreneur university whereas all effective factors on talent risk management category are considered so as to enter entrepreneur university era along with addressed do's and don'ts round subject of study. Applying this pattern on academicians who have not entered entrepreneur university era and feel the vital need of entering this era can be very efficient and helpful in such way that can retain required elements of university who are the same talented members of faculty concurrently and recommend in the best way of flourishing those elements in order to change missions of universities.
