چکیده The wrinkle of cotton fabric is important factor affected the garment appearance. Therefore, in this paper, decreasing the wrinkle of the cotton fabric is evaluated by using of non-toxic green anti-wrinkle material in finishing process. For this purpose, the chemical structure of wrinkled cotton is evaluated and treated with scouring and anti-creasing finishing material. According to the environmental problems developed by toxic finishing material, in this article is used from a type of the anti-wrinkle material with lowest environmental concerns. The mechanism of the anti- creasing finishing is the crosslinking of cellulose molecular chains. This process limits the chain movements made by wrinkle. Accordingly, the effect of mentioned mechanism and structural parameters such as thickness, weight, density of weft yarn and Linear density of weft yarn(Ne) are evaluated. The wrinkle degree of samples is analyzed by using of a radial basis function neural network (RBFN). This RBFN is used for modelling the relationships between wrinkle degree of the fabrics and mentioned parameters, especially anti-creasing finishing of samples. The simulation results confirm the effectiveness of the proposed method.
