چکیده This research work represents the first report of an electrochemical sensor designed specifically for the detection of Vandetanib based on the molecular imprinted polymer technique. The production of a polymer layer on the electrode surface was achieved utilizing the in situ co-electropolymerization method, with two resorcinol and 2-aminophenol monomers serving as the functional monomers. The electrode used to make the sensor was glassy carbon, which was modified in the first step using the electrochemical deposition of gold nanoparticles. Then, in order to further improve, a mixture of graphene oxide dispersed in the chitosan polymer network was incubated on the electrode surface, and then graphene oxide was electrochemically reduced. Under optimised conditions, the accurate identification of Vandetanib can be achieved with a linear range of 0.01 to 0.12 μM and a detection limit of 0.003 μM.
