Classification of ordered mesoporous materials M41S into three groups of hexagonal phase included MCM - 41 and FSM - 16 , cubic phase named MCM - 48 and unstable lamellar phase recognized MCM - 50 reported in literature. 1 FSM - 16, due to their thicker pore walls, in comparison with MCM - 41 has a higher thermal and hydrothermal stability. For this reasons, we focused on FSM - 16 w hich act as hosts to immobilize a new metal complexes and synthesis a new catalyst. 2 1, 3 - diaza - 2,4 - cyclopentadiene compounds which known as imidazole, have two N heteroatom. 3 These compounds have wide utilities in various fields for example in pharmacy, biological systems also in chemistry such as use as ionic liquids for synthesis of organometallic catalysis and N - heterocyclic carbenes. 4 In this way, for the development of new practical method, we designed a new catalyst system. This organometallic catal yst, based on FSM - 16, named as FSM - 16@CPTMS - Rh - Ni and applied for multi component reaction such as synthesis of 2,4,5 - triaryl - 1 H - imidazoles and 1,2,4,5 - tetrasubstituted imidazoles
