چکیده The fish diseases are increasingly recognized as a problem in the production and marketing in aquaculture and affect both economic development and socio-economic impact of this sector in many countries. These diseases may be the result of the introduction of forced or opportunistic pathogens acting together with environmental factors or animal husbandry. The detection, prevention and control of infectious diseases in fish remains one of the main aspects to obtain good crop yields, with the etiology, the basis for all therapeutic and prophylactic treatments. This study is based on 50 tests performed on fish that had some kind of alteration. Analyses were performed at the Laboratory of Pathology of the University of Ilam and came from different farms located in Abadan. 40 tests were conducted golden (Sparus aurata) and 10 Lubina (Dicentrarchus labrax). It made an external inspection. After this inspection is conducted the autopsy of the fish and made a bacteriological and parasitological bodies, being the culture media used the Brain Heart Infusion Agar half (BHIA) supplemented with 1% salt and TCBS. Throughout of this study identified several species of parasites, bacteria and viral disease (lymphocystis). The number of tests carried out on gold (Sparus aurata) was much higher (80%) than those in Lubina (Dicentrarchus labrax) (20%). Through of this study it was possible to identify three main groups of pathogens in fish farms. The only viral disease (lymphocystis) does not occur in Lubina (Dicentrarchus labrax), but it applies to golden (Sparus aurata). This disease causes losses in the economic, depreciating the fish. With regard to the presence of parasites the largest group identified was Monogenea. The genus Vibrio was the one found in a larger proportion throughout these tests. The bacterium Photobacterium damsela subspecies piscicida, was isolated in 5% of the tests in golden (Sparus aurata).
