چکیده	The salient conclusions arising from this study are summarized below: (i) The composition of the film is much close to the SnS stoichiometry. (ii) The deposited SnS films are nanocrystalline and have a zinc blend structure. (iii) Adherent, mirror like and uniform film with nanocrystalline grains are created on glass substrate.
