چکیده
|
Equity derived from the term "justice" means equality and equity, and organizational justice refers to the perception of each person of the fairness of the rewards and benefits derived from him. Organizational Citizenship Behavior refers to a set of voluntary and out-of-the-box behaviors that are not part of the formal duties of an individual and are not rewarded for doing so. The present research studies the relationship between organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior in Ilam University. The hypotheses of this research consist of three hypotheses that examine the relationship between organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior. The research method is descriptive-correlational. Data collection was done using the Mormon-Nyewf and (Podisakf) questionnaires and the spss software was used to process the data. The statistical population in this research is the professors and staff of the Ilam University, and the sample consists of 80 members of the community. Finally, the results show that there is no significant relationship between organizational citizenship behavior and distributive justice and procedural justice. There is a significant relationship between citizenship behavior and interpersonal justice.
