چکیده Abstract The present research was conducted in two separate parts in order to investigate the morphological and biochemical diversity of Colchicum and the effect of its extract on the germination indicators of some cultivated and wild plants. In the first part, the flower petal sample was collected in seven regions of Ilam province (Asman Abad, Ivan, Mishkhas, Malekshahi, Badra and Dere Shahr) in November 1401. The morphological diversity of Colchicum in the regions was investigated by the attributes of petal number, petal length, petal width, stem length and number of stamens in each region. The results showed that the highest number of flags related to the flower of longing was in Mishkhas (5.6) and Dere Shahr (5.4) and the least number of flags was related to Malekshahi (3.6). Then, in order to identify and measure the target compounds in the samples with high accuracy and precision, liquid chromatography-mass spectrometer (LC-MS) method was used. The natural compounds in the water extract of Colchicum in seven places generally included ascorbic acid, caffeic acid, gallic acid, rosmarinic acid and colchicine. In the second part, in order to investigate the effect of Colchicum extract in three concentrations (0, 50 percent and 100 percent) in the two regions of Ilam and Mishkhas on the germination indicators of three agricultural plants: wheat, barley, camellia, and vetiver. A three-factor factorial experiment was conducted in the form of a basic design of randomized complete blocks with three replications in the seed technology laboratory of Ilam University in 1401. Traits total number of sprouts, germination percentage, leaf length, stem length, root length, number of leaves, number of roots, fresh weight of leaves, dry weight of leaves, fresh weight of roots, dry weight of roots, fresh weight of shoot, dry weight of shoot, length of shoot to root, seedling length, length index of seed pod and weight index of seed pod were measured. The results showed that the highest percentage of germination (100%) in the genotypes of wheat, barley, camelina and vesica in two locations of Ilam and Mish Khas and the concentration of 0% in Colchicum and the lowest (0 percent) in 100% treatments, the concentration of the Colchicum speciosum was obtained in all four genotypes of wheat, barley, camellia and vetiver in both locations. Also, the highest root length index (24.483) related to wheat and barley seeds in 0% concentration of gerbera and the lowest (0%) in the treatments of 100% concentration of gerbera in all four genotypes of wheat, barley, camelina and cluster flower vetch were found in both places. The results of analysis into components also showed that two main and independent components justified 89.78% of the total variation. Cluster analysis classified the analyzed traits into three groups. In general, it can be concluded that 100% Colchicum extract had a high inhibitory effect on the germination indices of all four genotypes. The location factor did not have much effect on germination indices. Therefore, 100% concentration of Colchicum extract is recommended to control the weed.
