چکیده Due to the fact that Being one of the essential separation methods in chemical and petrochemical production today, the distillation column, this research investigated the modelling of the dynamic and control of a distillation column. The distillate composition (XD) and the side stream composition (XS) were selected as the most relevant controllable variables for the control system's feedback loop (XS). Both the flow rate (R) and also the flow rate (S) are measured(S) are the variables that have been modified (LS). A total of three approaches were used to discover the optimal values of control parametersbest commensurate gain (Kc), integral time and derivative time values using the Zigler-Nicolas, Tyrus-Luyben and Process Reaction Curve techniques (D). The system was controlled using P, PI, and PID.controllers as part of its control approach. Using a Relative Gain Array (RGA), the degree of interaction was determined, and it is recommended that this be prevented by incorporating gade coupling system. As a result of these interactions, the decoupling strategy was devised in order to eliminate them. In order to compare the fuzzy logic control system with the conventional control system, another technique was used: fuzzy logic control system. Overall, the Fuzzy logic controller is proven to be advantageous in all situations. A steady system should be used as possible, according to this study's findings, which were based on the frequency response approach (bode diagram). The MATLAB program was utilized as a solution tool for all of the scenarios that were investigated in this study.
