چکیده Herein, a cost-effective molecularly imprinted electrochemical sensor was developed for detecting the anti-androgen medication Enzalutamide (ENZA) using reduced graphene oxide (rGO) and para-phenylenediamine (p-PD). The molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) was synthesized on a glassy carbon electrode (GCE) modified with rGO by electropolymerizing the p-PD monomer in the presence of the ENZA analyte. SEM and FT-IR were used to characterize the synthesized materials and the imprinted polymer. Additionally, the MIP's electrochemical behavior and analytical performance were assessed using differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) and cyclic voltammetry (CV). The proposed sensor showed a linear response over 5–130 nM, with a detection limit (LOD) of 1.66 nM. Its practical applicability was verified by analyzing pharmaceutical tablet samples, yielding relative recoveries of 99.89–100.64% and relative standard deviations (RSDs) not exceeding 2.1%, highlighting the suitability of the ENZA electrochemical sensor for clinically relevant measurements.
