Because of colors are resistance, toxic, stable and even carcinogenic so their presence in the environment is a serious problems for ecosystem and a threat to the global health. Discharge Colors to the wastewater reduces Sunlight penetration in the water, Reduce the amount of oxygen in the water and also photosynthesis. Thus, efforts to adopt newly efficient practices for the removal of dyes from wastewater occurs.(1) Response surface methodology (RSM) is a collection of mathematical and statistical techniques based on mathematical model (linear, square polynomial functions and others) to fit the responses.(2) The purpose of this work was to explore and develop the use of vortex in the dye removal process. Therefore Silver nanocomposite synthesized and the adsorbent for removal of methyl blue, Congo red and acid fuchsin (dyes was used by vortex agitation. RSM to identify the relationship between input parameters (factors such as initial concentration, pH, adsorbent dosage and contact time) and output parameters (response or efficiency of dyes) was used as well, optimized process. Results of analysis of variance was assessed.
