Abstract In this paper through four Quranic Verses ideas and explanations of the opponents of the punishment of imprisonment that consider it in the viewpoint of the Holly Quran as an non- legitimate verdict is analyzed a rendered null. The four alleged Verses of the Holly Quran are: Sura the Nesa, Verse 15; Sura the Maeadah, verses 33 and 106; and Sura Tobah: Verse 5.
