Introduction
I am an associate Professor of Economics at Ilam University, I hold an B.A degree in mathematics from Isfahan university,M.A degree in economics from Tehran university and a Ph.D. in public economics from Allameh Tabataba'i university. I have worked in the areas of Taxation, especially tax reforms and tax systems, poverty and inequality, Cost-benefit analysis, as well as institutional economics.
