Translators must master both lexical and grammatical systems to convey accurate meaning. Teaching grammar should connect structures with their meanings and contexts for effective communication. Understanding functional sentence perspective is vital for translating and interpreting accurately.the purpose of this study was to investigate The role of grammar in translating English texts into Persian and vice versa in the English language of ILAM university in 2025 - 2026 .we showed that the method of this research was quasi - experimental with pre - test - post - test with two groups of experimental and control .the statistical population of the study consisted of the students of ILAM university , who were 248 participants and 24 learners were selected .in this research , we have shown that language grammar instruction based on text analysis has an effect on efl learners ' learning in English as well as English language learners who have been able to appear in the English language course at the grammar .in addition , we have shown that the language grammar teaching method has effectively been effective in improving learning and consistency of English language learning by focusing on their individual capabilities and their will to find the response of the language grammar through searching for resources and training .also , we have shown that the grammar teaching method can be effective on the analysis of Englishtranslating English texts and creating a positive image in English language and helping to help learners in English language .
