In this research, according to some texts related to the Implicatures in Digital Communication of Iranian and American leaders, the evaluation of Conversational Implicatures in Digital Communication was done in English and Persian comparisons. The collection used in this research included the text of 11 Digital Communication that were received from the Online Forums and Social Media's website. The speakers were selected from prominent Digital figures, including Iran's President Pezeshkian and United States President Donald Trump. It was shown that both presidents tried to make their Communication coherent by using this technical tool and the triple list. The key in these cases is to emphasize and evoke emotion without boring the audience. Both presidents have used different roles of pronouns in different ways. Pezeshkian sometimes uses our Implicatures to refer to others and criticize their performance. It is not used in Trump's Communication. Both of them use their Implicatures to create an dichotomy, thereby criticizing their opponents and most previous governments. Pezeshkian in Online Forums and Social Medias uses ambiguous pronouns to call out his opponents, a device that Trump in Online Forums and Social Media, does not use in his Communication. Both presidents use the verb form in unknown ways in their Communication. It is a tool that politicians sometimes use to reduce their responsibility, and finally, in the case of punctuation, we see that both consciously and unconsciously, they use offensive expressions that can become the headlines of Online Forums and Social Medias and news agencies.
