Introduction

Dr. Hamed Hassanzadeh was born in 1365 in one of the villages of Bukan city in West Azerbaijan. He has a PhD in Food Technology from Urmia University and has an experience of membership in the scientific staff in faculty of Salahuddin University in Erbil, Iraq and manager of R&D unit of Takdaneh Company in his resume. He is currently working as an assistant professor at Ilam University.
