Abstract

Climate is considered as average of relatively long term atmospheric conditions that is of the most fundamental effective factors on all kinds of the life on the earth. Climate change consists of a definite change in the expected pattern of atmospheric conditions in a region, which occurs over a long period. It is influential on the biological and ecological conditions. Due to the sensitivity of trees and plants to climate change, forest ecosystems are among the most important ecosystems affected by these changes. For this reason, studies on the past climates of forests and suggesting the model for future are essential. In recent years, the dust phenomenon originating from climate change, eliminated plant tissues, buried their buds and reduced photosynthetic activities that finally influenced on trees function. It has made forest ecosystems more fragile than before. Therefore , since climate change and dust storm are of important limiting factors of tree growth, conducting studies to understand the impacts of climate change and future changes on forest stands and their usage in managing natural disasters and droughts as well as in management and applications of forestry programing are vital. This could be as a base for the country to reduce the hazards and disaster.
