چکیده

Natural gas often contains impurities such as carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulfide, etc. Acid gas or sour gas are so toxic that they in turn can lead to corrosion of pipes and devices hence, it must be purified. Using simulation by HYSYS software, all processes, duration and other items relatedtorefineriescanbesimulated.Hethencomparedtheresultswiththeactualdata.Inthisstudy,the description of unit 300 of this refinery is given, the purpose of which is to separate ethane gas for use in Ilam Petrochemical. It was observed that the temperature of the output line 33 is approximately 6 degrees Celsius lower than the real state, which can be due to changes in the amount of input flow to this device or factors such as the material used in The device (only the manufacturer knows about you) that itself causes changes in some parameters such as heat transfer coefficient. Also increasing the temperature of the inlet gas to Tower 101 causes the release of light gases trapped in the condensate of this tower and transfers them to the upstream towers and enters more gas. It builds towers and has favorable effects on the final output.
