To the best of the authors' knowledge, the adsorption of Gly using modified NaP1-Fe3O4 -La has never been reported previously. Therefore, not only was it demonstrated in this study that converting CFA to zeolite may increase its economic worth and reduce its disposal issue, but also that an efficient, unique, and affordable adsorbent for the removal of Gly was synthesized.
