Introduction
With over 20 years of research expertise in the study of bacteria and fungi that enhance crop growth under environmental stress, coupled with 17 years of teaching experience at the Faculty of Agriculture, Ilam University, and 11 years as an assistant professor, I have a comprehensive academic career. I have supervised more than 18 master’s theses focusing on plant symbionts, crop production, and molecular research on plant responses to stress conditions. Additionally, I have mentored 8 PhD students specializing in the application of plant symbionts, wheat research, and plant molecular responses to environmental stress.
