Soraya Rastegar

Introduction

Soraya Rastegar is a lecturer in the Department of Electrical Engineering at Ilam University, Ilam, Iran. She received her B.S. and M.S. in Electrical Engineering from University of Tehran, in 2004 and 2008. Then, she obtained her PhD degree from Razi University of Kermanshah in 2019.
