The Relationship Between Teachers" Happiness and Quality Of Working Life and the components of working life quality. The population included all the male and female teachers of Ilam high schools in the 2011-12 academic years. The data was collected by using Oxford happiness inventory and working life quality questionnaire. To analyze the data, descriptive and referential statistics and SPSS software were used. By comparing the mean, it was apparent that working life quality of teachers is lower than the medium level. It was also found that happiness has significant relationship with all the components of working life quality except for promotion opportunity.
